How to Download the 1Win Colombia App – Complete Guide 2024

Why Choose the 1Win Colombia App?

The 1Win brand has built a reputation across Latin America for a solid sportsbook and a vibrant online casino. By opting for the dedicated mobile app you get faster load times, push notifications for bonus drops, and a smoother betting flow compared with a browser. Colombian players also benefit from localised language, payment options and a licence that matches national regulations. If you are looking for a one‑stop shop where casino, live dealer tables and sports betting share a single wallet, the app is the most convenient entry point.

Beyond raw speed, the app packs a few hidden advantages: automatic KYC verification, instant‑play slots that start without waiting for a page refresh, and a mobile‑only welcome bonus that can be claimed in seconds. All these features are designed to keep the experience “on‑the‑go”, which matters for users who like to place a quick bet on a match while commuting or play a spin during a coffee break.

Step‑by‑Step 1Win Colombia App Download Process

Downloading the 1Win Colombia app is a straightforward three‑step routine, but the exact path differs between Android and iOS devices because the store policies vary. Below you will find clear instructions that avoid the common pitfalls such as blocked downloads or missing permissions.

Android Installation

1. Open your device’s browser and go to the official 1Win website – look for the “Download Android App” button.
2. Tap the APK file; Android will ask you to allow installs from “unknown sources”. Grant the permission in Settings → Security.
3. Once the file finishes, open it and follow the on‑screen prompts. After installation, locate the 1Win icon in your app drawer and launch it.

iOS Installation

Apple does not host the 1Win app in the App Store, so you will need to use the “TestFlight” method. Open the link provided on the website, accept the invitation, and TestFlight will handle the installation. It may take a few minutes for Apple to verify the build, but once it’s approved you will have a fully functional iOS version.

After the app is installed, the first screen asks you to choose your preferred language and confirm you are located in Colombia. This step is crucial for geo‑verification and ensures you receive the right promotional offers.

Registration and Verification Inside the App

Creating a new account on the 1Win mobile platform mirrors the web registration, yet the app simplifies the KYC (Know Your Customer) workflow. Start by tapping “Sign Up”, entering your email, a secure password and a mobile number that can receive SMS codes. You will then be prompted to set a unique nickname – this is the name other players will see in live casino chat.

Verification is split into two phases. First, the app sends an automatic OTP (one‑time password) to your phone; entering this code unlocks the basic account. Second, for withdrawals above a certain threshold, you must upload a government‑issued ID and a proof of address. The upload feature lets you snap pictures directly with your phone camera; the files are encrypted and sent to the compliance team within minutes. Once approved, you can start betting with confidence.

Bonuses and Promotions for Mobile Users

Mobile‑only players enjoy a welcome bonus that is slightly more generous than the desktop version. Usually it comes as a 100% match on the first deposit up to $200, plus 20 free spins on a selected slot. The catch – a 5x wagering requirement on the bonus amount – is clearly displayed in the app’s “Promotions” tab, so you know exactly what you need to do before you can withdraw.

Beyond the initial offer, 1Win runs weekly reload bonuses, cash‑back on sports losses, and “Live Casino Happy Hours” that grant extra credits for playing roulette or baccarat between 18:00‑20:00 local time. All these promos are automatically credited to your mobile wallet, and you can claim them with a single tap – no need to enter promo codes manually.

Payment Methods, Deposits, and Withdrawals on the App

The app supports a broad range of payment solutions that are popular in Colombia, making the flow of money feel natural and fast. Deposits are processed instantly, allowing you to jump straight into a game or place a bet without waiting.

Method	Deposit Speed	Withdrawal Speed	Fees
Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard)	Instant	1–3 business days	None
PSE (Banco de Bogotá, Davivienda…)	Instant	Same day	None
E‑wallets (PayPal, Skrill, Neteller)	Instant	Within 24 hours	Variable
Bank Transfer	Up to 30 minutes	2–4 business days	None

When you request a withdrawal, the app shows a progress bar and sends you a notification once the request is approved. Most users report “instant payouts” when they use e‑wallets, while card withdrawals take a few days due to the banking network. Always double‑check the minimum withdrawal amount – usually $20 – to avoid unnecessary delays.

Security, Licensing, and Responsible Gambling

1Win operates under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority, which enforces basic standards of fairness and player protection. In Colombia, the platform also complies with local regulatory requirements, meaning the app uses SSL encryption that keeps your personal and financial data locked away from prying eyes.

Responsible gambling tools are built directly into the mobile UI. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, self‑exclude for a chosen period, and access a “Reality Check” timer that reminds you how long you have been playing. If you ever feel the need to talk to a professional, the “Support” section provides links to local helplines and a live‑chat counsellor.

Mobile Experience – Casino, Live Casino, and Sports Betting

The 1Win app bundles three major gaming worlds under one roof. The casino library features over 1,500 slots, ranging from classic fruit machines to high‑volatility video slots with RTPs above 96%. The “Live Casino” hub streams real‑time dealers for blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, with chat functionality that mimics a brick‑and‑mortar table.

• Sportsbook – Bet on football, basketball, tennis, and e‑sports with live odds that update every second.
• In‑play betting – Place wagers while the match is ongoing, with cash‑out options to lock in profit.
• Instant payouts – Win on a slot or a quick football bet and see the balance jump instantly in the app.

Navigation is swipe‑based, making it easy to jump from a slot to a live dealer table without closing the app. The interface adapts to both small phones and larger tablets, ensuring a consistent user experience no matter the screen size.

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

If you encounter any hiccup – be it a login issue, a stuck deposit, or a question about a bonus – the app offers 24/7 live chat with bilingual agents. The chat window is accessible from the “Support” icon at the bottom of the main screen, and you can also raise a ticket via email if the matter is not urgent.

Common problems such as “App not opening” or “Verification failed” have quick fixes: clearing the app cache, updating to the latest version, or ensuring your photo ID is clear and not expired. The knowledge base includes step‑by‑step screenshots, so you can troubleshoot without waiting for an operator.
