Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint
In accordance with Article 10, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22 and 59/23), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint about the quality of a product, the service provided or the trader’s business by submitting a written complaint to our business premises, where we will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.

We will provide a written response to your complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint. In order to deliver a response, the consumer is obliged to provide accurate and complete information in the written complaint, which he submits in person or by mail (name and surname, residential address and, if necessary, e-mail address).
In accordance with Article 22, paragraph 4 of the Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Official Gazette 121/16, 32/19), we inform you that in the event of an unresolved complaint, you can contact the Mediation Center at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Rooseveltov trg 2, 10000 Zagreb (https://hgk.hr/centar-za-mirenje/o-mirenju).
